Terms and Conditions — Barhawin Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing or using the Barhawin website and any services associated with it — including games, promotions, VIP Club, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process on Barhawin.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within individual game interfaces, promotion-specific terms shown on the Promotions page, and the Barhawin Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document will take precedence in relation to the specific activity it governs.

Barhawin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Barhawin platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress or impairment that affects your ability to make informed decisions.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a current employee of Barhawin or its technology partners.

Barhawin takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the time of registration and at any point thereafter, we may request documentation to verify your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each user is permitted to hold one active account on Barhawin at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, different devices, different payment methods, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering an account, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration.
• Kept up to date at all times — you are responsible for updating your details if they change.
• Truthful — providing false information constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. Barhawin will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Barhawin support immediately at support@barhawin.app.

Account usernames once set cannot be changed. Your registered email address can be updated by submitting a request to customer support with appropriate identity verification.

All financial transactions on Barhawin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no associated currency exchange fees. What you deposit in PKR is what you see in your account balance in PKR.

Barhawin currently supports the following deposit methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits funded by a payment account registered to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Barhawin reserves the right to request proof that a deposit payment method is registered to you before processing any associated withdrawals.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are required to notify Barhawin support immediately. You have no right to any funds credited to your account in error and any winnings generated from erroneous balances may be voided.

Withdrawals from your Barhawin account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players regardless of account status.
• If you have received a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawals are typically processed to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically take 2–4 hours. These timeframes may be longer during high-volume periods or when verification is required.

Barhawin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violation, or where identity verification is outstanding. In such cases, the affected player will be contacted via their registered email address with details of any steps required to resolve the hold.

Bonuses and promotional offers at Barhawin are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal). For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement, you must wager a total of Rs 100,000 before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress will be removed from your account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. Poker and crash games may have specific contribution rates listed in the offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple welcome offers or combine a deposit bonus with a free bet promotion unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.

In the event of a technical failure — including internet disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — the following applies:

Barhawin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Barhawin platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any time thereafter.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or platform feature.
• Collusion with other players — particularly in poker or any other multiplayer format — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or other non-human tools to place bets or interact with any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Systematically abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or hedge betting across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Barhawin staff through any communication channel.

Barhawin uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement where illegal activity is identified.

Barhawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or other prohibited purposes.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, any restrictions will be lifted and normal account access restored. Where a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance found to be legitimately owed to the player (excluding bonuses and any fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to their verified payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Barhawin support. All outstanding balances will be processed to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

The Barhawin name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit authorisation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Barhawin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barhawin excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Barhawin does not accept liability for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues, device failures, or interrupted sessions.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from system outages that are communicated to users in advance.
• The accuracy of third-party content or services accessible through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Barhawin's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

Barhawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment terms, bonus policy, or eligibility conditions — we will notify registered users via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
